This is an idea i got after realizing the power that some paladin cards have while on hand, such as Equality, wich can stay in hand until it can combo with an AoE.
Another paladin cards that have a lot of value in hand are those that can buff silver hand recruits ( Level Up!, Sunkeeper Tarim, Lightfused Stegodon ).

Silver hands recruit, thus, have also a lot of value while on hand, and although in dude paladin they were played at tempo most of the time, in this deck is better to saved them. This token + buff theme has previously proved to work very well in hand decks such as hand druid.

Drygulch Jailor is the main card that merges both decks. It gives you three cards to your hand upon death, but also those three cards are silver hands, and those silver hands will stay in your hand until you find a moment for a combo with your silver hand buff cards.

Playing Fire Fly (or nothing) on turn 1, Drygulch Jailor and Loot Hoarder on turn 2 and 3, gives you the possibility to play Mountain Giant. But i rather recomend to play him on turn 5, to make a better mana curve.

Call to Arms is listed as 4 cost, but i considered the upcoming nerf and added as a 5 drop (Thus only 1 copy).
