Is this deck working after nerf?

Why you don't play Brann Bronzebeard  and Zola the Gorgon?

They don't go well with Reno/HandLock decks honestly. You can try them, but Brann Bronzebeard isn't too useful, and Zola doesn't have the best targets.

What is the reason for running Sacrificial Pact in the Deck?

Possessed Lackey + Doomguard Package sucks. It's Renolock, your win condition is winning by Value. No need for tempo face stuff. I would cut Blastcrystal Potion either, this card is bad

I agree with cutting Blackcrystal, it's too bad to ramp down as a control deck, and if you're only going to play it at 10 mana, why not just play voodoo doll instead (which is what I put in).

I disagree with the possessed lackey and doomguard point though. As a highlander, you can only run one of each demon cheating mechanic, so you take all you can. Getting out mul'ganis or voidlord through possessed lackey is great. You also don't have that many demons to cheat out, so putting in one of all the best demons is necessary, especially to guarentee that you have a demon in hand if you manage to mulligan voidcaller. Doomguard is a great pull from the hand with voidcaller, and a great pull from the deck with possessed lackey. It's simply better and more value than despicable dreadlord, especially considering that you also have mul'ganis in the deck. If you pull out a different demon with voidcaller, you can always resummon voidcallers with nzoth and bloodreaver guldan, so you're guarenteed to cheat it out eventually, mitigating the discard drawback. It's good stats, great for trading when you resummon it, and can provide burst if you ever need it.

It's not for the tempo face, although that's what people associate doomguard with. It's also simply good value.

Just a simple question: why no cube? Very strong card, plus synergy with N’zoth. I think it is a must in this deck

To slow. Doesnt work in Reno decks (i tried it), but you can try also, maybe luck is on your side. I even added Unstable Ghoul to have some chance against Pala or Hunter decks.

Id say Possessed lackey.

Works well. My only suggestion is to swap whichever tech card you like the least with Zola the Gorgon for extre N'zoth, Reno, Godfrey, Kazakus. 

Against control decks from mirror deck to Big Priest/ Ress Priest. Other then that, Gnomferatu is a fun addition if you are a lucky guy like i am.

do i craft godfrey or mal´ganis?

i would like godfrey coz he is standart too

if you are playing standard Lord Godfrey is better to craft but this deck won't work without Mal'Ganis  

and most of the warlock decks in wild run Mal'Ganis  

For what it's worth- I run a deck that is near identical to your list here. However, I do not have Mal'Ganis and have a ton of success. Don't get me wrong- Mal'Ganis is an insane card and I wouldn't even consider it overkill, but the deck does fine without him.

what could i play if i dont own sylvanas yet? 

you can play Rin, the First Disciple,  Cairne Bloodhoof, Rotten Applebaum or Loatheb

I would say that he is not replaceable, he is very strong card in the deck
