Explanation: This deck was designed for new players, or players that want to play a control Warlock archetype and don't have all of the cards necessary- or in the case of this list any of the cards necessary. I've included a wide list of replacements as you add more and more cards to your collection and I recommend keeping your replacements up to date as they will improve your performance with this deck drastically.

Problems: The main issue that lies in building a budgeted version of a deck that can cost upwards of 9000 dust is you're just missing strictly better cards in most cases. The deck lacks a lot of the avenues to winning that Control Warlock players would be used to, namely Bloodreaver Gul'danRin, the First Disciple, Possessed Lackey intoVoidlord and boardclears such as Defile, Doomsayer, and Twisting Nether. All of this being said the deck can still perform well in low ranks, and performs similarly to control warlock in matchups.

Win Condition: When playing against aggro your goal is to exhaust their hand with the removal and board clears the deck does have, while keeping your health total out of death-range with Dark Pact, Drain Life, Plated Beetle and Shroom Brewer.

When playing against Control, look to use your tech cards like Acidic Swamp Ooze to remove high value weapons ie. Gorehowl, Aluneth or Skull of man'ari. While searching for your Stonehill Defenders, and hopefully getting Rin, the First Disciple from the discover. Without discovering a high value taunt, such as The Lich King or rin, its very difficult to outvalue control matchups with this list and you'll want to look to close out the game as early as possible.
