1. Introduction
This deck used to be the spectral tess deck, but the meta changed so i tried to change this deck aswell.
Welcome to my Thief MiracleRogue deck! The idea behind this deck is to draw cards and clear early threats , then shuffle cards from your opponents class into you deck with academic and a ton of spiders with valeera and augmented elek.
The biggest plus of this deck is how much fun to play it is. No game is ever the same and the possibilities are endless.
2. Mulligan Guide
Backstab As anti-aggro and combo activator
Cavern Shinyfinder Drawing spectral is a good thing
Augmented Elekk Ideal turn 3 before spiders/espionage.
Fal'dorei Strider Ideal turn 4, especially if elekk survives turn 3.
On the coin you can add SI:7 Agent and Elven Minstrel

I've been playing this deck a lot recently and I have personally cut Tess Greymane. I think just like you said most of the time she was in my hand I didn't want to play her, as I either hadn't played enough stolen cards to make her good or I had better removal/value options that were better than the RNG storm that she unleashes. I go with -1 Tess Greymane -1 Rotten Applebaum -1 Fire Fly +1 Sap +1 Vanish +1 Cavern Shinyfinder. Spectral Cutlass is the true engine of this deck, and extra removal/weapon draw allows you to guarantee always having it up and able to attack the best targets. I'm having a ton of fun playing this deck; thanks to Jsnep for posting!
This deck is one of the rare cases where it's tougher the lower you are. Not just this one, but Burgle Rogue, in general, gets worse as your rank drops. If you're at lower ranks (like me), you're going to have to compensate a few cards for some Aggro tools, otherwise, you just can't keep up. The decklist that I play is more of an Echo-based deck, using cards like Mistwraith and Cheap Shot, and it works quite well.
Video was desyncing. Locking it. Sorry.
played couple of games, daamn that decks feels veeeeeery slow and heavy...... and if your opponent plays almost none minions, its very difficult to navigate.
This deck is fun but not competitive at Rank 5 and below. Sorry.
above?
this concept works so much better in wild because of oil...i recommend you to try wild ver. it is SUPA STRONK
you have to optimize the deck for lower ranks with more aggro and then again tweak it more for higher ranks vs more control decks like locks/cube locks and mostly aggro pallys and spitfuldruids/some taunt druids.
Played this deck 30 fighting. The percentage of wins is less than 50%. It's hard to play against any decks in the meta. You win only when the enemy is wrong or he is unlucky. In my opinion, the last update of the deck was superfluous. Play fun, but few victories.
Played around 100 games with this deck. I can just say that deck is lot of fun but does not work. Does not work against almost every single deck currently in meta. If you have dust, just play for fun. Otherwise, don't. Btw, talking about legend rank.
I get that this is supposed to be a fun deck and not necesarily meant for climbing, but I do have to point out out that is loses to aggro and temp/midrange hard. Which makes up most of the meta atm. I would've liked this a lot better a week ago when cubelock was a lot more used.
I have been playing a really similar deck for the past couple of days with almost 50 games played and would say that the winrate is most likely close to 50%.
How do you fair against Paladin and Warlock without the 2nd FoK and without an Ooze?
Would like to know your thoughts regarding those matchups.
It's impossible that this deck has 59% win rate in rank 4. Could you please provide us some screenshots?
Another 10 games deck that claims 70%+ win rate while in actuality is below 50%. This deck is heavily relied on never meeting anything that wants to go face, and is heavily reliant on getting something useful out of the stolen cards. More often that not, you will meet things that like to go for your face, and you have almost no clear, no control, no heal, and will most of the time end up with terrible cards sitting and rotting in your hand, while you can do nothing to prevent it.
If you don't have these cards, don't craft them. This deck will fall below 50% if he keeps playing it.

This deck seems really cool, and I'm glad to see it being so successful, but don't post winrate in the title if your proof only consists of 10 games. It seems silly to include that with such an incredibly small sample size. Best of luck going forward.
Damn...wish I had dush to craft this...I miss all 3 legendaries for this deck :(
