My take on GinjaNinja's Shudder Control, original list seen here:
https://disguisedtoast.com/decklists/3838-r30-legend-shudderwock-shaman

I made some changes based on meta, here's a more detailed explanation on card choices I made:

Acolyte of Pain works far better against Even/Odd Paladins and Rogues (been facing quite many Tempo Rogues lately) and Spiteful decks, this one felt like an easy sub for Mana Tides.

Mind Control Techs are quite valuable swing cards, coupled with our AoE's we can control the board quite decently. I'd rather have MCTs over Volcano, but one Volcano does help against Spitefuls and Tempo decks (not so much vs CubeLocks or Taunt Druids).

Stonehill Defenders over Tar Creepers: Despite having weaker stats, the additional resources you get via Discover seems better than Creeper's beefier body. Shaman lost many good Taunts, but our current selection still ain't half bad.

* Big Game Hunter is our tech choice vs Spiteful decks, but somewhat helpful in other matchups too. Currently I'm not facing too many CubeLocks with Skull of Man'arri, swapping BGH in for Harrison Jones has helped my matchups considerably. Generally you'll want to save Hex for threats like Doomguards or Hadronox since otherwise they just keep coming back, and there's just something oddly satisfying BGH'ing a turn 4 8/8 Mountain Giant... not to mention The Lich King your opponent just topdecked.
If you haven't drawn BGH yet, stall their big boys with Glacial Shards: While those Spiteful summons may seem scary, they'll just sit there when frozen.

Elise is our late-game value generator, our tool for starving out other Control decks. Shudder shuffles another copy of Un'Goro Pack into your deck, so we shouldn't be running out of gas too early.

* The Black Knight is simply fantastic right now: Everybody and their grandmother are running plethora of Taunts, from Spiteful decks to Even/Odd Paladins and CubeLocks too, of course.

The cards marked with asterisk (*) are "tech slots", which should be rotated based on whatever you're facing. I started facing more aggro decks around Ranks 7 and 6, so I swapped TBK and BGH to Healing Rain and Volcano in order to handle board swarms better.
I also decided to drop one Unstable Evolution as the second copy tends to be dead weight.

EDIT: Still experimenting, added Valanar for the lolz. Still, not too bad if Shudder procs Valanar + Hagatha in that order, lots of Lifesteal potential.

EDIT 2: Got little more serious with this list, dropper Valanar for second Piper and got to Rank 5 EU @ 30-20 (that's 60% WR) after some shaky moments. CubeLock is still tought matchup, but not unwinnable when you have Earth Shock for Lackeys, TBK for Voidlord / misc Tar Creepers and Harrison for stealing the weapon -> The added draw matters more than some extra Armor (vs Pallies, Rogues and Warriors), most common reason for losing is that you simply didn't draw into an answer.
If you're facing lots of Aggro decks, consider swapping Shock and Black Knight for pair of Argent Squires.

EDIT 3: Another season, another big batch of changes.
