With the meta somewhat slowing down.... not really with Baku, This deck is not too bad right now. With some early ramping, and some thinking, you're probably going to win most of the time.

Against Aggro (Baku/Genn Paladin) If you're able to get Spreading Plague early with some ramp, It's usually enough time to gain some armor, or put down even more taunts.

Against Control You usually almost win this matchup all the time, The only times you lose this is when you draw pretty badly and your opponent draws really good 

Against Giant Mage/Warlock You'll eventually run into these people, the goal is to draw Poison Seed before turn 5 if they're first or turn 4 if you're first. Even if you don't draw it in time, You can probably stall with Spreading Plague and non-stop armor gain

Against Secret/Tempo Mage This is definitely one of the hardest matchup, Here I would probably just try to ramp up as fast as you can while trying to get as much armor as you can. Usually, I don't get the pull the combo fast enough because my main goal is to survive instead of pull off the combo
