Hello and happy 4/20. Babyspiders#1582 here. I'm a Warlock main with a little over 3k wins with the class so of course I wanted to put my own spin on control warlock this this xpac because it's my favorite archetype. When cards were first revealed I initially dismissed Glinda, but she is quite strong in this deck and the combo of having her survive a turn then dropping 4-5 Gnomeferatus is surprisingly easy to pull off.

I'm currently 28-12 up to rank 4. For whatever reason hearthpwn's insert image isn't working, but here is a link to my individual class matchups and winrates - https://imgur.com/WSpFfRH

As you can see the majority of my opponents have been Warlocks - mostly Cube, which the deck performs fairly well against at an 11-5 WR.  If a deck cannot beat Cube in this meta you're gonna have a bad time on ladder because there are lots of warlocks. The deck also eats up odd and even paladins with a 6-0 record and performs well against the new tempo rogue decks with Tes. So this list beats other warlocks, paladins, and rogues. If a deck can perform well against just warlock and paladin it's a good deck to ladder with in this meta. So with the added bonus of also having a good rogue matchup and being at least even against most other matchups I think it's a top tier deck in the current meta. This deck is not great against Spiteful Priest and Druid, but right now I'm not seeing a lot of those. If the meta shifts to tons of Spiteful decks then this deck is not as good as it is now. Taunt Druid can also be an issue, but again I'm not seeing a lot of those on my climb to legend.

There is some nuance to this deck and a bit of a learning curve on when to play what and when it's perhaps best to hold a card. You have to determine whether or not it's worth it to save your last gnome sometimes to combo or just play it for example. A common mistake I see a lot of Warlock players make is throwing out naked Lackeys on T5 when it's sometimes correct to wait to T6 if you have dark pact and suspect incoming silence. The difference between a silenced 2/2 and a 3/9 that your opponent often doesn't want to silence (due to guldan) can be game deciding.

That's my super quick thoughts on the deck. It's very fun to play because you usually feel like you are the one dictating the match just slowly smothering your opponent. If this post gets 10 upvotes I'll begin to write a proper guide as well as accompanying video.
