Pros:

1.Infinite cards (Glinda + banker)

2.Counters ALL aggro decks

3.Counters ALL Control Decks (but you gotta  be Really Really Careful about what you play,takes practice)

Cons:

1.If you dont draw your dirty rat/Death Lord early vs combo decks, your fked.

-Vs Aggro: 

tap until you either get reno or board clears, you should be able to stay alive with mistress and taunts.and you got LOTS of board clear for their small minions.

-Vs shaman (shudderwalk):

Tap until you get Dirty rat or Deathlord (Play them asap to get their combo minions out on board) 

If the above method fails, Then pray your GLINDA + GNOMEFERATO combo can burn their Combo cards.

-Vs Control mage or priest or quest mage

VS PRIEST YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS:

1. Vs Dragon priest  You turn 9 jaraxes and win by just summoning 6/6s

2. Vs Big priest/Control priest You need your big board clears, if it goes to fatigue you win, since you can go infinite, Spread your big card and dont play them all at once (Guldan/Nzoth/Glinda/JArxx) play one of the big cards every 2 turns.

Only time i lose vs Priest is when they do turn 4 barns into lich king or rag.any other scenario its in your favour.

Minions to replace depending you where you are on ladder and what people are playing:

1. Shallow grave digger 2.Gnomferato 3.OOZe

GENERAL TIPS:

1.this deck has an answer vs every class out there, unless the enemy player gets super lucky and gets perfect curve with their combo, you should always win games.

3.you almost always want to tap until turn 4 , unless they are an aggro deck (which you still tap until 4 but you also play a 1 mana minion or two)

4.The secret with this deck is to know when to jaraxxus and whether you should use banker on glinda or reno.

5. You have 5 ways to win games 1) with Guldan 2) with jarax and his hero power 3) Winning the board with n'zoth 4) Out Lasting them with infinite cards 5) Fatigue win
