Found on hsreplay.net. At this writing it's near the top of Hunter decks in the Legend to Rank 5 range, with 54.6% winrate.
Seeping Oozeling is the primary card you want from Stitched Tracker. Its Deathrattle is either "Recruit a Beast" (which is Witchwood Grizzly/Charged Devilsaur without their negative battlecries, or King Krush) or else "Recruit an 8-cost minion" (which is Charged Devilsaur without its negative battlecry, Kathrena Winterwisp, or The Lich King). Those are also the 2 possible Deathrattles to trigger with Play Dead.
Silver Vanguard can't be Recruited by this deck but there's only 1, so you want to get your Oozelings played before he and Kathrena are both in hand / on board.
Mulligan conservatively. There are eight 5+ mana cards you could mulligan into which you would prefer to Recruit, Copy, or gain the Deathrattle of rather than draw. I would keep 1x Seeping Oozeling, 1x Play Dead and any other card at 4 mana or less.
Prince Keleseth is not a priority play if you have more urgent needs in the early game. A decisive turn 7 can be to play him, 1-2 Play Dead on the Seeping Oozeling, then trade the Oozeling, resulting in 2-3 big Recruits each with +1/+1.
Do you have any replacement for Kathrena and King Krush?
Kathrena is the build-around of this deck. You need KK as a recruitable beast finisher. If you don't include them, you're playing something else that needs to be built differently.
You pull off your recruits around turn 7, so the recruits must either be finishers (3 heavy-hitting Chargers), or big taunts (3/12 grizzlies are awesome).
