I think a good replacement maybe either Piloted Sky Golem or Splitting Festeroot. In my case, I put in Festeroot because he is difficult to clean up without a silence.

Festeroot also has it's 8-mana cost going for him over Sky golem

While not the same deck, I've found that Deranged Doctor is a good substitute for him in Dane's previous Big Rogue deck (which is largely the same as this, minus the Doll Master). It provides good self sustain healing against aggro decks.

However I should note, I also lack Sonya Shadowdancer and Spiritsinger Umbra in that deck I play, so it might not be the best comparison.

At that point I say you should just skip out on this one

Low winrate but it is insanely fun to play, so it doesn't matter.

Would swapp two spells (between x1 Sap, Shadow Strike and Roll the Bones) for x2 Shiv. Shiv is so versatile and specially in this deck:

1. Can cycle the deck if needed in dead turns or if you have some mana left without any other plays.
2. Can help to stop some early agression.
3. Can also ping your own tokens which in this deck can be so good in some scenarios.
4. Synergizes well with Dollmaster Dorian because the drawing and also because the self ping on tokens. 

There's no reason from my point of view to not include them. Shiv has more applications and advantages than the rest of the spells I listed before so it's worth make space for it. I have played thousands of games with Big Rogue and I can guarantee this. I'm actually surprised that the vast majority of Big Rogue decks don't include Shivs. I'd include at least one. 

Roll the Bones has too much meme potential with Dollmaster Dorian & Spiritsinger Umbra not to be included in this deck! :D
