Hello guys!
I only played on around rank 15 so I can't really tell you everything about its potential.
But this deck is CRUSHING Paladins and Warlocks.
This deck is a value machine in the lategame. Since the pool of spells is quite small at the start of the year due to the rotation, you are more likely to find spells such as Hex, Lightning Storm and Earth Shock (all very good in this meta).
And of course imo the most sleeper card of the expansion: Earthen Might.
Not only is it a solid 2/2 buff for only 2 mana, it also gives you access to cards like Radiant Elemental, Snowfury Giant and other incredible Elementals. You want all of them in general - everybody wants extra value. (Not too sure about Quartz Elemental though ;))
You almost want EVERY spell Hagatha the Witch has for you, the more expensive they get, the least you want to have them most of the time. Definitely the worst card to get is Sapphire Spellstone - but I got to admit, it won me a game already because I was able to cast it on a Snowfury Giant with Windfury. (Thanks Hagatha)
THIS DECK IS STILL IN THE MAKING AND TO BE IMPROVED CONSISTANTLY.
After every match I evaluate which cards to swap/replace/get back, just because the meta is still shaping.
Against Warlock (Cube)
Save Earth Shock for Lackeys, try not to waste Hex on Mountain Giant, except if you fear it to be cubed. Mulligan for Fireflies, Flametongue, Primalfin Totem and maybe Earthen Might. Also keep the Ooze. Often you can kill Warlock by turn 5 (if they don't run Mountain Giant). Just fill the board, if they remove it, it keeps them from doing other stuff. Bloodlust is a great finisher.
MORE MULLIGAN TIPS TO COME!
Considerations:
I added Gluttonous Ooze. If you're constantly facing Warlocks with their weapons, feel free to replace it with Acidic Swamp Ooze.
If you get overwhelmed by Paladin too much, conisder adding a second Lightning Storm and cut Witch's Apprentice. It's a card I'm not too sure about in general but as I said before, due to a small spell pool she more reliably gives you a spell you actually want.
Blazecaller is insane with Murmuring Elemental, you could even replace the Fire Elemental with it.
And of course: Add Kalimos, Primal Lord if you own him. Sadly I don't. But you can imagine how good he would fit in this deck, especially with Murmuring Elemental as finisher.
I crafted Kalimos, Primal Lord and as expected - he is incredible! I cut a Fire Elemental for it.
I also added a second Lightning Storm because of the Paladin cancer around. Witch's Apprentice had to say goodbye for it. Turns out a 0/1 body, even with Taunt, isn't too great.
Next consideration: Grumble, Worldshaker. Don't have him so I cannot test...

Volcano too expensive for its effect, most of the time you need to play it on 5 and Overload for 2 for turn 6 which is inacceptible.
Feel free to comment!
I've been playing this kind of deck a lot and just like you, I tried a lot of different things. Grumble can be a good option if you don't play Shudderwock, but I recommend you Shudderwock it's better in my opinion. But then to make it work, I have Tolvir Stoneshaper and Saronites. It's a pretty powerfull late game play, it can repeat Hagatha's battlecry to clear the board, and if you run the card mentionned above, you can end up with multiple 6/6s with divine shield and taunt !
Earthen Might is really really good indeed. But since that's the only two drop I was playing (I wasn't convinced by flametongue, too much of a snowball card and pretty bad when you're behind) I started playing Keleseth instead and it's doing slitghtly better I feel.
Also another I would recommend if you didn't try it is Fungalmancer. It works suprisingly well in the deck and is super good in board-centric matchups !
Thanks for the response. I get what you're saying, but it wouldn't feel like my original deck idea anymore. On the other hand, I would try it, but I don't own neither Keleseth nor Shudderwock so that's that :(
Yeah actually I'm thinking about cuting Shudderwock ^^ I had too many times bad rng with the Blazecallers and Fire Elemental battlecries killing my Shudderwocks or going to my face... And I'm probably going to go back to Earthen Might + Flametongue rather than Keleseth. lul sorry for the kind of useless comment I made then.
(Fungalmancer is life though <3)
