Patches the Pirate seems a bit pointless to me, especially with only two Pirates in the deck. I'd consider Arfus or The Lich King instead of other burgle cards I'm seeing suggested. Death Knight cards can be pretty powerful and also provide at least something for Tess Greymane to replay vs other Rogues. Obviously there are a couple dead cards you could end up with, but Anti-Magic Shell, Death Grip, and Death and Decay, in particular, can be huge boons.

Man, thx for the deck I really enjoy it. For the first time from the launch of Witchwood I have fun with tess and face collector.
I've change patches with Cavern Shinyfinder, I don't have the pirate anymore.
This deck needs Dark Iron Skulker one of the best Rogue cards in Wild with no doubt and Sonya Shadowdancer as Zai already mentioned above.

Can I ask - why Spectral Cutlass over Kingsbane? I know it has synergy with the deck but it's still a 4 mana 2/2 when you equip it and there's enough weapon removal out there that you risk huge tempo losses playing it.
I've been playing a decklist that's maybe 10 cards off of this one since day 1 of the expansion and Cutlass is one of the most important cards in the entire deck if not THE most. Sure it's terrible when you equip it but tempo is not something rogue struggles with since we have Prep, Sap, Backstab, Eviscerate. What Thief Rogue has a hard time with is getting together combo pieces. The only way a deck like this can go toe-to-toe with aggro (which you'll need to do in wild meta) is if the weapon has healing. With Kingsbane you not only need Kingsbane but you need Leeching too. Additionally, once your three charges are up, you need to find Kingsbane again which either means getting lucky on draws or committing extra cards to another Shinyfinder and Doomerangs.
Thief Rogue does not have great draw. It generates a ton of cards instead and uses those to combat threats. The upside of a Spectral Cutlass is once you have one up, you're often guaranteed to have it up the rest of the game whereas Kingsbane you don't have that guarantee. People might think that it's easy to keep Kingsbane up all game but that's only because KB rogue committed anywhere from 10-14 cards to KB synergy while Cutlass can get away with 6-7 instead.
In terms of weapon removal, I've found very little removal in my games. In about 50 games played I've probably had a cutlass removed 4 times (aside from the times I removed it to use a stolen weapon instead). It sucks when it happens but you can always play your second copy and start buffing that if you get screwed. Pallies, face hunters, pirate warriors and big priests don't run weapon removal while control warlocks sometimes do but that's generally a losing match for you anywa.
I run Sonya Shadowdancer like Zai suggested behind. Kinda cool for combo like Elven Minstrel or Swashburglar.

Why not Burgle? Patches is underwhelming here too.
Burgle it's slow and you have already good value generation in the deck. I don't think it's needed but you can add it if you like it of course.
Swapped Patches the Pirate for Sonya Shadowdancer. She can be a game changer sometimes and provides good value often. Bloodmage Thalnos is also a solid option for this flexible spot.
Sonya Shadowdancer can provide value with any minion and in any phase of the game. Also with the ones that you will get randomly from other classes because at the end of the day even if those don't have a good effect it's +1 durability for your weapon and a cheap card to combo. So even if you only get 1 card from Sonya it's already good value.
Think also that you don't have to max her value always waiting for the best turn or it's true that she can sit in your hand forever. It depends on the situation and the match, so sometimes you can play her only to copy one of your minions in early-mid game (I mean it's not that awful) and in other longer/slower/control games she can probably provide more value and even be a game winner from time to time. When you get a copy of for example Face Collector you will be always happy in long games. You can also use backstab your minions to get even more value in some counted scenarios. Of course vs super aggressive decks things won't work like this though. Very aggressive or tempo decks are a serious counter of this deck anyway even if you run stuff like Vanish, keep that in mind.
She is also always a soft taunt no matter how the board state is. Sonya is so flexible and has many possibilities and applications. I have played many games with this deck already and I can tell that she fits well. Not a essential piece but a nice addition in the flexible spots.
Other good cards with cool effects that could fit in the deck in the flexible spots would be: Bloodmage Thalnos, Fal'dorei Strider, Elise Starseeker, Elise the Trailblazer and Edwin VanCleef.
And less strong cards in this deck but still playable: Brann Bronzebeard, Emperor Thaurissan, Nefarian, or if you go for the maximum memes you have Yogg-Saron, Hope's End, Shifter Zerus and Lilian Voss.
