This deck is the reincarnation of Handlock:

For those not familiar with the handlock archetype: handlock isn't a "true" control deck. You hero power every turn until ou get 10 cards then cheats out giant cards to finish the game quickly .
Sunfury Protector and Defender of Argus are here to turn your giants (and drakes) into walls. It has a limited number of threat handlock can cheat out really early. BUT your ressources are limited, because most of your deck is aimed at surviving and protecting your giant, especialy vs aggro.

Mulligan is especialy important: do not be greedy vs aggro, but hard mulligan for mountain giants and drakes vs everything else

Now: what's new compared to traditional handlock.

1: Genn Greymane THIS is the star of the deck. Because of him you have to give up on really good tools, like Voidlord, doomguard, dark pact. And because of it you also have to give up on bloodreaver guldan who isn't good enough (if you use it just for 2 4/4s , 2 2/4s and a hero power: that's not good enough, trust me I tried) but in exchange, you get to draw a card every turn from turn 1. Meaning you have 10 cards on turn 3 if you started with the coin - meaning you can play mountain giant on turn 3.

Curve is much more fluid compared to the old handlock. if you had first move, you can tap and play a 2 drop on 3. If you have the coin, it means mountain giant into twilight drake into more drakes or giant + sunfury

2 : Glinda package ( Glinda Crowskin Summoning Portal Sea Giant .

So that package doesn't work that often. But it destroys any deck that runs out of aoe. It is especialy strong vs both shudderwock shaman (100% winrate vs that deck) and Druid (aggro or handdruid)  You don't need summoning portal to make glinda work, but it makes much easier to get out your sea giant.

The way this combo work: You play summoning portal, then glinda, then sea giant echoed. If you did your math right you can get a full board of 5 sea giant (if there was  at least 5 minions on board when you started) (total cost: 9 mana) Just keep in mind you don't have to use the combo. Don't hold onto your sea giant if by playing them you can finish the game early. THIS DECK ISN'T a control deck. You'll never beat a true control deck like control lock by stalling.

Match-ups:

The 2 worst match-ups for this deck are unfortunately very common. the first one is Cubelock.
TO beat cubelock you need to cheat those giants, protect them as much possible, and finish the game before turn 9.

It can do it, but it's definitely this deck's worst match-up.

The other bad match-ups is Baku Hunter. THis one isn't "as bad" (I have almost 50% winrate) (I believe I'm 5/11) It sucks. You need to change your strategy entirely and focus on surviving. Your Ace card, (hero power), completely backfires in this match-up, and you don't have access to dark pact. This is why cards like Armored Beetle drain soul have been introduced.
BUT IT IS WINNABLE. Defile, drain soul, beetle, imp are all cards you want. You'll also need hook reaver to taunt and stabilise, and probably argus and sunfury too.
once your wall is solid, go face: you're on a time limit. It's definitely one of the hardest match-ups, but it's far from an impossible match-ups. You just need a good starting hand.

I'm not entirely satisified with the deck yet, I'll have to wait for the meta stabilizing to see if it's strong enough to stay in a more solid meta.

Edit: Added 2 tech cards to adapt to the meta.
