Get widened on board and make your opponents deal with Sea Giant at the turn 4 - 5. I must say it's surprisingly more efficient than Darkshire Councilman  Use the Voodoo Doctor to heal your taunts as long as it's not necessary for your hero.

Against Paladin, Hunter and Mage don't hesitate to trade. Actually, it's essential against Dude Pally and Face Hunter.
