Insane deck. Loses to everything
I used this exact deck when the xpac hit and hit rank 11 in a week playing only 5-7 games a day easily. Just protect your Vex Crow once it hits the board and you're set
Is it possible to replace aluneth or do i need it?
im not sure this deck is really worth over 400 upvotes but thanks for the share i wont down vote just cos i had not much success myself with it :D
This deck is absolute trash. I can't even make it past rank 19. It's so slow, it has no way of catching up, and is super dependent on getting a 100% perfect opening hand AND your opponent having their worst. I spend most of my games just trying to catch up to my opponent. There are too many do-nothing cards, here. Vex Crow needs spells to be effective. Spells you, ostensibly, haven't cast already. It's worthless on turn 4. Antonidas is great and all, but you need at least 2 turns to get him going and then be able to use your fireballs. I often don't have any spells to use, because they're being blown in a desperate attempt to not die on turn 5. Even if you live the dream, turn 1 Mana Wyrm, turn 2 Arcanologist, turn 3 Kirin Tor Mage into secret...Great? It won't keep you in business for this deck's non-existent midrange. You'll have a totally wiped board by turn 6, and nothing to do about it. Ok you get Antonidas down, your opponent simply ignores it and kills you because he knows that he has 2 turns before it even matters.
VERY frustrating deck to play with, and this is a real bummer because back in the day I really loved Tempo Mage.
9 Win Streak [9-1] with this DeckI have no Aluneth so I replaced with 1x Ethereal Arcanist
I love Pyroblast but I havent manage to use a single time in 10x matches
Mostly Against Rank 25 Starter Deck
This Deck does not work on EU Servers in current Meta. You get beaten up by Palies and Cubelocks way to easy. Im struggeling to get past rank 14. Doesnt matter in wich variation you play it
Someone claiming he reached legendary with it...plz post a video.
some friend of mine did legendary with this deck too.
you can believe its reachable.
0 and 5
i got 1600 dust but lack 1 primordial glyph , aluneth and archmage, which one is the most crucial and safest craft in your opinion?
Honestly they all are pretty important but glyph is the most.
edit* It give you answers that you need early and is insane with crow and apprentice!!
While i wouldn't suggest you to craft anything if you miss those, Aluneth is probably the most important one since you run out of cards very fast.
Newb question, I keep loosing because Aluneth kills me with fatigue at the end of the game. what do i do
Focus the face more, that fixed the problem for me.You don't have any good board clear so sometimes it's better to leave their strong minions on the board and hope that you can do enough damage to the face.
you need to learn how to use it. Don't use it at the late game or if you do cause "you still have a chance" don't get angry at that. You draw 3 cards each turn. If you kill enemy quick that's good, otherwise at turn 9+ you're probably lost
I dont have Aluneth. What should I replace it with?
Insane in the meta right now - just climbed from 5 to legend with this. 35-9 record (79.5% win rate). Here are the stats for the games I played on my PC:
Good to know. At r3 right now and took a break for a few days. May try now since it's doing well.
you just go full face? or control board earlier?
