The deck puts a heavy focus on non-battlecry card draw to either find all the combo pieces naturally, or to draw Hemet, Jungle Hunter to thin the deck down to the base combo. Once the minimum of Grumble, Worldshaker, both Lifedrinkers, both Nightblades, and both Saronite Chain Gangs have all been played, Shudderwock will do 12 damage to the enemy, and hopefully summon a copy of itself before Grumble's battecry triggers. If the battlecries trigger in the correct order, then you may play a 1-cost Shudderwock for 12 more damage.

For a true OTK, wait until you have at least 1 Murmuring Elemental in hand to play with either Lifedrinker or Nightblade to deal 15 damage per Shudderwock.
