Hello all!
I wanted to share a deck that i've been using on legend ladder. I went from L353 to L23 fairly quickly with a record of 14-3. The deck is really strong in the current meta as it has counters to all major decks.
Cards you want to keep off mulligan are usually based on the class you're facing. If vs paladin, hard mulligan for hungry crabs. If priest, keeping spellbreaker (incase of a big radiant elemental versus combo priest) and dragonslayer are fine. Always keep keleseth of course and keep spiteful summoner if versus slower decks.
If I get enough upvotes, i'll give a more in-depth guide on how to pilot the deck!

New patch. Mire Keeper and Eater of Secrets was removed. I changed Eater for Chief Inspector and Keeper for Skulking Geist and Lone Champion. Now it playing pretty good at 4-3 rank, but I didn't see any dragon priest or secret mage, so I think to remove Inspector and Dragonslayer for something useful. Any suggestions?
UPD.
- After 13 hours I didn't meet any murlocs. Hungry Crab was changed for Fire Fly.
- Deck hardly sucks vs warlocks and dude paladins.
- I'm stucking on 2 rank due 3 hours.
Observation is being continued.
I dont get it how do you defeat the control/cube locks... :(
Control lock and cube lock you just have to use spellbreakers wisely, in my version I run a Leeroy which helps to burst them down when you have tempo advantage.
First game against mage, his plays | my plays:
T1: Mana Wyrm -> The Coin -> Kabal Lackey -> Mirror Entity | Hungry Crab
T2: Frostbolt face | Hero power
T3: Counterspell | Dragon Slayer
T4: Explosive Runes -> 2x Kabal Crystal Runner | Bottom right -> Concede
My HS career in a nutshell
This deck is incredibly strong once you learn what to mulligan for. I don't have Cenarius so I replaced it with Ysera which has been working decently especially if I highroll Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound off Spiteful Summoner. I also replaced Grand Archivist with Leeroy Jenkins for some extra reach when you get good tempo swings. Been working very well for me, got to rank 5 - 5 stars today from rank 7 fairly easily against a variation of decks.
Got to rank 5 today with 23-9 , 72%.Even if crabs are not used vs murlocs ,they are still good 1drop to clear some shit....also can be bodies for Cenarius buff
Replacement for Hungry Crab? maybe Enchanted Raven?
Dude this deck is super sick haha... So much tech and still get away with the win just sooooo much power and beef it doesn't even matter! Great work btw that rank is impressive :] !
Pls replacement for Prince Keleseth?
No replacement
Awesome deck to play around with in legend rank, spiteful druid has been my favorite archetype to dick around with lately and this is by far the most fun build I've played, given you can counter basically all the popular decks out there with the right draw. Didn't have Cenarius so I replaced it with another Grand Archivist to more consistently cycle through my deck to have stuff to play, and it's been working fine for me
Glad you like the deck man!
Worst deck i'v ever tried.
Nah, it's the player, not the deck
L2P, that's all there is.
replacement for zola?
Second tar creeper or fledgling
Replacement for cenarius ?
Fungalmancer, bonemare, or sulking giest
