This deck was not created in order to climb the ladder. However it is probably one of the best deck's to have a drink and just chill out. Channel the RNG trough your veins. Embrace your lord Yogg and attempt spamming as many dragons on the playing field as possible. my record is 14 XD!

As far as the Mulligan phase goes, Hard mulligan everything away until you get the dragon soul. it is literally the most important card in the deck and there isn't anything you wouldn't do to get it.

By the way I gave the deck a try: as you said, it is probably not for laddering but it's really a lot of fun.
