• Location: The Frozen Throne: First and final boss of the third wing.
• The Lich King starts the battle with 30 Health and 30 Armor.
• For Priest he plays Shut up, Priest on his first turn.
• Phase 1: He starts with the ability The Scourge, which costs 2 mana.
• Phase 2: Starts at turn 7 when he equips Frostmourne and summons six Trapped Soul.
  He gets the Passive ability Harvest of Souls until all the Trapped Souls are killed.
• Phase 3: He gets Remorseless Winter on auto-cast for 0 at the start of his turn for the remainder of the game.

Boss Decklist

     Mulligan Guide: Typically I don't create expensive decks because I want them to be more accessible to newer players, but I had SO much fun playing this "Big Priest" deck against The Lich King, that I couldn't resist using it. You want to hard mulligan for Barnes and let the fun begin.

     Priest is probably the easiest class for this encounter because you have no real drawbacks. You're free to use a variety of decks to beat him and you don't have to plan as much as you do with other classes.

     The goal is to get something huge with Barnes, preferably Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound, and then keep resurrecting it over and over again.

     There is no rush with this deck and it's got the easiest way to deal with Phase 2 by playing Shadow Word: Horror. This is certainly a slower deck and if he starts to overwhelm you Spirit Lash can be your saving grace.

     You could switch out any missing legendary minions with Faceless Behemoth or any other large minion. Shadow Word: Horror is an absolute must have! If you'd prefer to use a cheaper option to face The Lich King, just take a look at the decks below.
