This is the deck I used to clear Heroic Kel'Thuzad just now. It is more efficient than other similar decks because it employs the use of Stoneskin Gargoyle. Mulligan for 2 Lightwells and don't be afraid to use an Inner Fire on Deathlord to survive the early game. On turn six or later, if you have board control, play Stoneskin Gargoyle and immediately buff him with Velen's Chosen at the very least. Begin buffing him and use Sunfury Protector to give him taunt. Continue to buff him and use Northshire Cleric and Circle of Healing to draw several cards at once. Optimally you'll have burnt through your deck before his second phase on his 11th turn. (Don't destroy all of his armor or he'll go second phase early) If he uses Twisting Nether you have to reset. When Gargoyle has enough health, use Inner Fire and attack to win. Good Luck.
Worked for me, ended up just buffing a lightwell. He stole the gargoyle I had a few buffs on, and then twisting nether'd. Was able to rebuild a small board and buff a new inner fire target.
Took between 10-20 attempts but got there in the end.
i really don't understand how everyone is dodging nether so easily. if i can ever actually get to turn 11 smoothly and draw well to survive, he always always has it on turn 10-11 either preventing me from setting up the combo due to starting his second phase, or destroying the setup the turn prior he shifts to phase 2 naturally.
I don't understand how to keep alive the draw engine (Northshire Cleric); KT seems to prioritize it and *always* has a frostbolt or shadowbolt ready.
This worked for me first go. Thanks for sharing!
