After trying to beat that boss with Priest I decided to try it with a Druid Jade Deck and it worked out on first try, it just took a little bit of time. With more card draw it should be possible to finish it faster.

Survive and get out 3 Jade Golems with 10+ stats. As long as you are building that setup protect yourself with smaller Golems, Taunts and gain Armor through  Malfurion the Pestilents Heropower. Then try to bring Majordormo to about 15 Life, so that he can't put out not more than one Molten Giant. Next round kill Majordormo and start to hit Ragnaros with your remaining Jade Golems.
