Hearthpwn

This deck quickly took me from Rank 10 to Rank 5 yesterday. I have always been a fan of the super aggressive token druid decks, and with the current standard meta full of tempo decks that utilize few board clears, now is the perfect time to use this deck to climb the ranked ladder!

Also, this is about as cheap of a budget deck as you could make, with no legendary, no epic, and only 3 rare cards in the whole deck!

Mulligan

Your mulligan is pretty straight forward. Look for a opening hand that will give you a powerful board position from the start of the game, either by combining Mark of the Lotus with several 1 cost minions by turn 3, or by putting down a beast on turn 1 and then using Mark of Y'Shaarj on turn 2.

Almost always keep: Loot Hoarder.

Always keep against paladin: Druid of the Swarm or Crypt Lord. These cards are key to make sure that they are not able to trade their tokens into yours

Always throw back: Novice Engineer, Power of the Wild, Coldlight Oracle, Savage Roar, Gnomish Inventor, Soul of the Forest
