After stopping playing Hearthstone for awhile, I came back to the game and decided to play in wild with any cards that I have at the moment. I opened some packs and hold and behold... Fungalmancer was acquired.

With the correct board, Fungalmancer basically impacts the turn immediately by adding 4 damage for you to manage. With the same amount of mana, Leeroy gives you 6 damage... But... Some of us know that Leeroy is used as a finisher rather than a permanent body on board.

Antonidas is there because of "Stealth Antonidas" can be born from Finicky Cloakfield obtained from Mech synergies in this deck. Stealth Antonidas has won me some games and that's 17 damage to the face if left unmitigated.

Feel free to interchange Leeroy Jenkins with another Fungalmancer (This is seriously an underrated card and deserves some attention to aggressive decks). If you're on a budget and want to replace Antonidas, add Flamecannon or any direct-damage-to-the-face card. Flamecannon however gives you an interesting board swing in the earlier stages of the game. I would have included this card originally if it wasn't for the 30 card cap in Hearthstone.

This game is meant to be played aggressively with Fireball or Frostbolt to be played as minion removals. However, Fireballing your opponents face is always fun and thus, please do so if it wins you game.

Fungalmancer certainly has improved the overall power of the deck and will continue to be a key card on turn 5 or 6 in match-ups. Finally, also consider to add a copy of Scorp-o-matic as this card can mitigate any Doomsayer that would be popping up the ladder to destroy your nicely lined-up minions on board.

MECH MAGE IS STILL ALIVE!!!

To all Mech Mage archetype deck fans... Happy Mech Maging. See you in Hearthstone.
