This is another Spiteful Summoner and Grand Archivist focused deck, which uses both Dinosize and Lay on Hands as its big spell activators.

What makes this deck distinct from the pre-existing Spiteful Paladin lists is the lack of Call to Arms. While 'okay' to pull with Spiteful Summoner, it does bring down the power level significantly. The upside in those decks is that you get to play the OP card that is Call to Arms. This deck is an effort to try and maximize the power level of Spiteful Summoner and Grand Archivist, and steer away from aggro toward midrange tempo.

Because Lay on Hands is a midrange/control value card, it needs to be in a midrange list with enough board control to get you through the mid game, and then powerful finishers, including Tirion Fordring, Spiteful Summoner + a big spell, and even just using Dinosize for burst.

Some of the choices that are up in the air for adjustment are Saronite Chain Gang, Tar Creeper, Harrison Jones. I would also consider removing Prince Keleseth and adding in some more early game/2-drops.
