Hey there, this is a mill deck that is more of the mill rogue back in the old days when kingsbane didn't exist yet. Warning, I believe kingsbane rogue is still stronger but I prefer the pure coldlight package :)

The win condition is to bring your opponent down to 0 cards and then you combo with:

Shadowblade - Coldlight - Coldlight = dealing 13 damage at minimum with shadowblade going face (If you saved any shadowsteps, the damage can increase)

Cheat Death is one of the best cards since it can combo with Lone Champion or Prince Valanar against aggro but mainly to return you coldlights
