A Kingsbane deck doesn't need to be OTK, and you need both kobolds to get almost the same effect as Malygos. Doesn't even seem fun to play.

How would you feel about Tainted Zealot as a replacement for Bloodmage Thalnos?

its good but I think card draw is better tbh

Tainted Zealot would be a fine replacement, as with Loot Hoarder and Novice Engineer. The reason why Bloodmage Thalnos is so heavily favored is because the card does both spell damage and card draw in one. The card is meant for utility and not as much about the body. So in this deck the replacement is if you would rather have spell damage or more cycling, and if you ultimately want the combo, I would suggest using a Loot Hoarder as a replacement! :3

I have made a showcase of this deck trying to explain the basics of the deck and then showing some action in the games. I am trying to analyze everything I do because I think it can help newer players and maybe teach some veterans as well :). I am open to constructive critism to my videos and I will be happy to hear opinions either of my plays or the video structure so dont hesitate to post some feedback! Ok so I've been playing the mess out of this deck because I pretty much exclusively play rogue and always love checking out anything new. I STRONGLY disagree with Malygos! 

Yes to get the exact OTK combo Malygos makes sense on paper but you're not going to get that combo off every game. As soon as I put the kobolds back in I was finally winning again because you have opportunities to kill your opponent with less mana earlier in the game. I've had plenty of games where I just drop one kobold then evis, prep evis, sinister plus sometimes hitting with a weapon on turn 7. You don't need 30 dmg most of the time so I find the kobolds winning me more games than maly ever did.

I agree, deck functions a lot better with the evolved kobolds, you can even lose one and still get 17 dmg combo's off late game or use one for prep FOK etc.

Looks like fun, my personal changes that may make would be to:

Change 2x Shiv for 2x Sap

Remove 1x Fan of Knives and Bloodmage Thalnos for 2x Elven Ministrels

Maybe even replace the other Fan of Knives for a Evenom Weapon (this seems weird even to me)?

it'll provide you with the ability to send buffed up minions back to hand with the sap (great for assisting with mills). If you run the Elven Ministrels you have the ability to draw your other minions, which aids with either getting your OTK combo or helps with milling their hand if you draw your Coldlight Oracles (and your hand). If you already have your Kingsbane then the Elven Ministrels may help with getting you the Southsea Squidfaces.

Shiv and Fan of Knives are great for drawing cards and assisting with early game aggro, but lose a bit of value later in this deck once control hits. In total that's 4 draws that you get form those cards, which similar to getting 4 minions from the Elven ministrels which can pull minions to help with board control while also giving your side board presence.

Optionally maybe run a Evenom Weapon instead of a fan of knives. This may help with some minions that have high hp low damage or may just help with board control. Consider a turn 3 fan of knives with deals damage to 3 minions all with at least 2 hp, they all survive and all you get is a draw. They get another turn to go face against you, where as if you're going to take face damage anyway, might as well remove a bigger minion or taunt. As the poison is tied to the weapon, your weapon gains value rather than just the 1 draw as the game progresses. If for any reason you're not drawing your other weapon buffs, you still have something for removal.

Now you need a barnes for an extra chance at malygos

Aggro players will always find a way to win as many games as possible with as little effort as possible. Don't get your hopes too high.

Just as you say, that also applies to control decks

So what you are saying is that control decks require no thinking?

I'd recommend seeing a proctologist in order to get your head out of your ass.
