My version of Classic Control Warrior for the current meta. As a classic style of CW , try to control the board with early game minions then from turn 6 drop minion after minion. Until the next expansion when CW hopefully have something good in the early game to replace our belove Winaxe, I find the the oldschool cruelmaster buff armorsmith and aop is pretty good to fend off early aggression. Vs Control , we are the beatdown role here try to pressure from the beginning, we have a burst of 14 with Grom , remind you. Vs aggro, if you can drop big taunt in turn 5 6 it pretty much over, unless the have Breaker in hands.
Version 1.1 : -1 Spellbreaker -1 King Mosh +1 Brawl +1 Ysera
Cubelock is such a strong deck that many times I landed perfect silence but couldnt stop it anyway, so just accept that a very hard matchup and so I removed the Breaker for a Brawl so we can handle aggressive deck more consistant. With Ysera you have 3 value option in Yip,Lichking and Ysera, a lot of stas from the Gem golem, Bonemare, Grom. With perfect curve from Golem, Bonemare then Lichking, Yip etc I defeat a lot of Jade Druid that way, the brute way lolz.. Remember we are the beatdown in control matchup.
Can't believe I crafted 2 cards for this. Was hopeful for control but at rank 10-20 or so you will face nothing but aggro and burn and there's really no catchup mechanisms. There will be a time when control is good again but in an age of 0 mana 5/5s and 40 burst damage to face, Control warrior without 4 armor a turn is dead.
