Try to mulligan for Wild Growth or Jade Blossom. Keep the Cards that don't get destroyed. Restart if you don't get anything, with 1 or 2 card in hand it's all fine.

Ramp up in the Earlygame and keep your Innervate. Play Spreading Plaque after his 5 Mana turn. After his 6 Mana turn drop your Gadgetzan Auctioneer, cast innervate and develope your board. Try to keep the Gadgetzan Auctioneer alive, usually it is safe behind the Scarab Beetle's. Drop more Jade Golem's and Taunt them up with Defender of Argus. When the Lich manages to remove the Gadgetzan Auctioneer replay him. From here on out the Fight is over, since the Lich doesn't have a way to remove a board filled with large minions.
