Well, since this is actually starting to get some traction, I thought I'd add a nice little description for the "future practice deck" I made, mainly just for myself, but since you guys seem to like it so much, I'll explain why I used certain cards, and so forth. (I don't have a better name for the deck atm, so I'll just leave it with the default.)
So as you can mainly see, this is mainly running the same default "Big Priest" cards as you see in many decks, but I also chose to run Spiteful Summoner and Grand Archivist as those cards are being run in this new sort of "Dragon Big Priest" deck.
One technique that you will have to follow is getting Barnes outright, for he is one of the two low cost minions in this deck, as for the other, Drakkari Enchanter, try you best not to draw her at the start, and only play if you have to. She will play an important part for Master Oakheart, where he draws Drakkari Enchanter, Dragonhatcher, and Silver Vanguard. Drakkari Enchanter will allow Dragonhatcher to pull two dragons from your deck if you pull this combo off.
Spiteful Summoner and Grand Archivist are important in this deck too, since these are two cards used in the new metta, and these two can combo with Eternal Servitude (which you don't necessarily want to get since there's not that many 4 mana drops, unless Grand Archivist casts this), Shadow Essence, Free From Amber, and Mind Control.
Blood of The Ancient One is also run for the chance of getting a quick 30/30 on the board. Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound is probably going to be your best get though, since you have many high mana cost minions in your deck.
Shadowreaper Anduin is mainly only in the deck for big clear and better hero power, but other than that, he's just a minor addition.
UPDATE! #1: Replaced Sleepy Dragon with Prophet Velen to give Shadowreaper Anduin more purpose. Might change this later on if deck was better before.
which ranks did you advance with this deck? approximate stats?
Played a bit on my phone I think I got ~15 wins and around 10 loses. It's the new season, so I'm stuck at rank 20~18, but if I keep it up and make some improvements in this deck (because if you don't have coin/Barnes, you practically lost)
Once I sell my house, I'll be able to afford this deck :\
Not gonna lie, I did have to disenchant many cards just so I could make this deck. Glad I have all of the cards now, but it is a downside that many of these cards are also in the previous metta, so when the new year comes, most of these cards will be moved to Wild.
Another downside I have is that this deck was inspired by a Big Druid deck, which seems to run a lot smoother. Might make a ton of updates and fixes to the deck since it's really slow and is very ineffective to aggro decks.
