Hey guys, i've been playing Hearthstone since beta and i've really enjoyed the game. The RNG and all. I've climbed to Legend several times in the past but not every month due to time restrictions and life in general. So today I bring you a deck I am currently climbing to Legend with.
Before I say much else, I know the deck looks odd and a little "clunky". That's what I thought at first when I made this deck. And trust me it was, the first draft at least. I have been tweaking and tuning this deck for about a week. Taking out and adding things to it to find out what works. Finally I give you the version that has gotten me to rank 5 so far ( from 15) and still seems to have steam left.
There are some odd choices in here but I assure you if you give this deck a try you'll not only have fun with it but will climb rank in the current meta. This deck is very strong against some of the most popular decks such as:
Control Warlock
King's Bane Rogue
Big Spell Mage
Spell Hunter
Most SMORK decks
I would love to write up a full guide and post a video for this deck. So if I get +5 votes on this deck I will include a Mulligan list, a guide to playing the deck and a video of some of the match ups it does well against. Other then that I hope you play this deck and enjoy it. It's a great deck that's a lot of fun to play and has more than 1 trick up it's sleeve.
looks like a clusterfuck .. 1 of every tech card lol
Yes, but you seem to have all this time to respond to posts about your deck. I think the point is that people seem to see you making a lot of excuses. A guide does not take that long if you know your deck well. Anyways, it's after Christmas so maybe a guide would be in order. No one's trying to be mean just for spite.
this site sure is a meme now
I mean if you're net decking... I think you're a walking meme yourself anyways. right?
Replacement for Zola the Gorgon ?
Yikes that's a tough one. Zola is such a synergistic card in this deck. I guess there are several 3 drops that could fill this spot or even some 4 drops. Honestly though I would replace with another Bonemare. Since the deck runs heavy on 3 drops and a second Mare is never a bad thing. And further cements your late game dominance.
That's a very small sample size. 7 games? I have 48 games logged with this deck and currently at 62% winrate. Though it seems you faced a lot of rogues and most my losses are to rogues as well. Rogues have strong tools to counter this decks value.
Replacement for Meanstreet Marshal?
Loot Hoarder
Typing a guide and mulligan list for this deck tonight. Be patient it's coming!
No Consecration, No Pyro, No Equality. This deck is about as good against aggro as you expect it to be. Pretty much the opposite of the "VERY STRONG" the author so boldly states. Apart from that, not a bad deck, plays and curves nicely and shits on Control Warlock. Gonna cut MSM and Smuggler's Run for Board Clear and report back. EDIT: Also Smuggler's Run F*cks your Spiteful Summoner, so there's the reason why I cut that.
Update: Yes, this deck is SO GOOD against aggro that even with early cards I just get shit on EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Get your facts straight author, this deck is TRASH into aggro.
Sometimes dealing with aggro is more about keeping a board they have to trade into in order to get to your face. I feel that the protectors do this very well as do the stonehills. Often times I see aggro trading cards from hand and on board to break through my board.
Which of course by the time turn 4 and 5 get there I've already established a highly over valued board compared to them.
The Problem is, by the time I get those cards into play I've taken 15 damage and after they traded my board they haven't run out of steam. And at that point in midgame I either have a godly hand or I just lose. Guess which is the case more often.
I get what you're saying. But I am saying my experience is not like yours. I tend to force aggro out of steam regularly. In a game that hinges GREATLY on RNG I feel both our cases are not only plausible but highly likely.
Nevermind, I was writing up a guide and mulligan list for this deck. 15minutes into writing my daughter shut my computer off. I lost all of it. So now i'll wait for the up votes. Feeling defeated about it for the moment.
I'd love a guide for this deck. I'm curious, and a bit confused... lol... but very interested.
I will type up a guide a little later today.
Lies
yeah yeah yeah my follow through is not the greatest. But it's also the holidays and i'm less inclined to sit on my computer and more inclined to spend it with family and friends. I know it needs a guide and it'll get one. But i'm in a posistion of not making it a top priority right now.
