One good turn deserves another.
We have big spell priest: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1001145-satellites-tempo-big-spell-priest-top-3-legend
We have big spell hunter: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1005547-xixo-big-spell-hunter
And Xixo also brought big spell paladin to SeatStory VIII. As in the trinity series, the big spell is 8 mana Dinosize. So Spiteful Summoner gets some work done in a murloc paladin shell.
Basic plan with this deck:
1. Play minions for tempo. Send out your murlocs for board dominance first, then send the extra to face.
2. Control the midgame with Murloc Warleader, Rallying Blade,Call to Arms, Gentle Megasaur, and [card]Cobalt Scalebane[/card].
3. As early as possible, drop Spiteful Summoner for a free 4 or 8 cost minion and a devastating board swing! Hey, I hear Tirion Fordring costs 8 mana...
4. Pile on with your [card]Corridor Creeper[/card] and Bonemare to finish the game!
Basic mulligan strategy:
Always keep Vilefin Inquisitor, Murloc Tidecaller, Rockpool Hunter
Usually keep Corridor Creeper, Rallying Blade
Can consider keeping Righteous Protector, Hydrologist, Call to Arms
Have fun and let the big-spell-backed murlocs roll!
What cards would you change from Xixo's list? Which is better, big spell priest, hunter, or paladin? What other classes would also shine with Spiteful Summoner? Leave your comments below and upvote if you like having these write-ups.
I went -2 Aldor Peacekeeper / +2 Spellbreaker because I'm running into so many warlocks on the ladder. Seems like a more necessary tech card at the moment.
For more synergy with Spiteful Summoner, I'd be tempted to either drop one Call to Arms (since you have Finja) and replace it with Spikeridged Steed.
This deck is great fun! Question - after a Call to Arms or two, is Finja redundant? I have tried replacing him and Aldors with various techs.
I feel like this version of murloc paladin should be getting more attention. Super fun to play, I especially like being able to pair a zero cost Corridor Creeper with either Bonemare or Dinosize.
I do, too. I know Aggo Pally is getting the lion's share of attention these days - and it's a fun deck - but it's so susceptible to AOE. This deck is a big sturdier.
