-the idea of this deck is to firstly mill yourself by using mainly Gadgetzan Auctioneer with low cost spells and then, secondly, when t h e d e c k s t e a l c o m b o is ready, steal your opponent's deck and give them your empty deck (after that you can either mill them or destroy them with their own deck, your choice)
-it's also possible to mill-win while their (once yours) deck is empty
- t h e d e c k s t e a l c o m b o can be realized through several ways by using King Togwaggle with 2 Coldlight Oracles or 1 Coldlight Oracle and Brann Bronzebeard (and sometimes even with Sap [and some other ways, but let's keep it simple), the point is to fill your opponent's hand with the maximum (10) amount of cards and then play King Togwaggle so he/she cannot trade the deck back (be careful not to have Brann on the board because it will negate the effect); you can reduce the cost of cards by Emperor Thaurissan, Sonya Shadowdancer and Shadowsteps and you can use coins if you have some left to increase the amount of mana you can spend in one turn
-mulligan guide: keep Backstab, Mistress of Mixtures, Sir Finley Mrrgglton and Shivs, if you already have a nice hand, Elven Minstrel or Gadgetzan Auctioneer
-hints: keep your coins and other low cost spells for Gadgetzan Aucioneer if you can; I recommend using a deck tracker; against aggro it's harder to pull it off, but you can win by controlling the board; sometimes you can play mind games with your opponent cause they may think you are a mill deck
-note: don't be too harsh on this deck, it's mostly a meme deck (it's fun to play), though sometimes it can work wonders :)
-updates:
[24.12.2017.] -2 Clockwork Gnomes, +1 Plated Beetle, +1 Sludge Beltcher (because of need for defense), -1 Mechanical Yeti, +1 Tomb Pillager (a Coin is cheaper than a Spare Part for Gadzetan Auctioneer and card variance is good for playing Reno a bit earlier if necessary)
[9.5.2018.] -1 N'Zoth, -1 Mechanical Yeti, -1 Tomb Pillager, -1 Sludge Beltcher (they were good for board presence, but this deck should focus more on the combo and they can be stale cards in your hand), +2 Tangelfur Mystic (for filling your opponent's hand AND giving you solid body and some more cheap minions to play), +1 Prepartion (because you need to be prepared), +1 Pint-Size Summoner (cost reduction is very important in this deck and this card provides it, still testing it though is it worth the slot, so far so good)
[22.6.2018.] -1 Plated Beetle (no more N'Zoth), +1 WANTED! (a fine removal which gives you a Coin) [24.6.2018.] -1 Tanglefur Mystic, +1 Sap [simply works better)
[11.4.2019.] -2 Counterfeit Coin, -1 Reno Jackson, +1 Valeera the Hollow (extremely useful), +1 Elven Minstrel (to get Gadgetzan Auctioneer and the combo pieces more quickly), +1 Loatheb (for denying your opponent to play spells and keep them in his/her hand)
[9.8.2019.] another update...
With this deck you can win even if ur opponent doesn´t have 10 cards in the deck.
Here is my OTK (36 damage that kiled him + 9 that he would have received on his turn starting draw)

Interesting game! Thanks for sharing! :)
Thanks to you for this awesome deck. I think it could be even better with some loot hoarder or Minstrel
Try this, it has an interesting combo! http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1022974-togwaggle-rogue
won against a shitty net deck aggro paladin deck. felt so good.
so you used a net deck to beat another net deck :D
If u really just don`t like it, than u should know what u prefer. In fact u can replace Togwaggle with another deck and that solves ur problems with Reno.
Rick & Morty fans are the only ones able to play this deck.
Well emperor and conceal is the only option for brann and oracle..
What's the big combo here?
What good does that do? You trade decks and then trade back. How is that useful? Perhaps I’m missing something but I’m fairly certain the combo is to get them to 10 cards and play Tog, burning the random card and keeping the decks as they are. Although some semblance of an explanation from the author would be appreciated...
Maybe there's something I'm not seeing but honestly I'm calling bullshit on this being any good. For a Togwaggle deck to be actually playable, you need to be able to consistently swap decks with your opponent while they are at 10 cards and then give them a terrible deck to work with or next to no cards left. I see that the game plan is to Coldlight them and then Togwaggle but you're required to have coins still in your hand or Emperor ticks to make it happen. Let's say Emperor is near the bottom of the deck, your options are either to use Coldlight + 2 coins + Shadowstep + Togwaggle to get him up from 6 cards to 10, or if you managed to Shadowstep the Coldlight the turn before you could play it and Shadowstep is again with Tog for a 4 card boost. With Emperor you can do a bit more but there's way too many moving parts.
Rogue is not very good for this sort of deck. Warrior can do the Explore Un'Goro regardless of number of cards. Druid can use double Naturalize with no reductions with Tog or make a massive turn of card draw with Twig + Coldlights + Naturalize. Rogue has very limited ways to get someone up to 10 cards and then play Tog. As someone who's played Tog Druid probably about 20 games this expansion, I can tell you that many classes will be blowing cards like crazy. You can't assume they'll be nicely at 8 cards ready for you to play an easy Tog turn, especially since regular mill rogue is back in the meta.
So either buck up and make a guide for it (sick of people not even giving a paragraph of explanation and still asking for votes), or just admit that the deck is a sham for upvotes or something you were testing and had no intention of explaining further.
Thanks for your well constructed reply!
Yeah, maybe I should've made some explanation when I made this decklist, but honestly, I didn't think it would grab much attention and I didn't want to waste my time on something nobody is interested... Anyway, here's the guide, hope it makes some points clear for you! The deck is, in fact, not bad at all, though it IS more of a fun deck than an extra competitive one, but I think that's the essence of a card game - fun! I am currently having a blast playing this deck (between 15th and 10th rank) and I wanted to share my abominable creation with the rest of the Hearthstone community.
If you have any questions, now after I made the guide, feel free to ask! :)
Imo Togwaggle can do excellent work in roughs lists. The superior way to win with Togwaggle is just dig all ur deck asap then swap and fatigue opponent. And its possible for now as rough got so many draw. Like opponent have 10 cards left in deck n u have 0. Then Togwaggle, next Oracles.
To fill 10 cards in opponents hand basically Vanish the turn before u ready to swap. As well U can use some great vanilla cards like Mukla and Cho. Cho+sup+some prep = 3 card to opponent hand right before Togwaggle. Or even run Kingsbane pack and give opponents weapon buffs that often becomes dead cards for them. Mukla+Brann = 4 useless(in case of Sap/Vanish) cards. So if u run Mukla u can save Oracles for more effective usage. Also some Naxx cards like Dancing Swords may come in handy too.
Other thing that list have to improve is draw capability. The key to win with Togwaggle is dig ur deck asap. So put in new Minstrels, Talnas and maybe some Loot Hoarder. U have to balance it on ur own. I mean that ratio between numbers of draw cards and heal/taunt anti-aggro cards.
After all that changes list become significantly more consistent and valuable in control matchups like priests/warlock/big druids. But still suck hard vs aggro/mid lists.
Can u post your deck?
Thx
