Here's Satellite's big spell priest he piloted to #3 and #2 legend the first week of the Kobold's meta. (Pictures from Satellite are at the end, along with video footage from several Hearthpwn content creators.)

Latest Updates: Removed the nerfed cards and went with what seems to be the best list right now in ranks 5 to legend. Faerie Dragons are great but it turns out Cabal Shadow Priests are better. Use on big minions you weaken with Twilight Acolyte.
Basic plan with this deck
1. Play minions for tempo. Buff your other minions or refill your hand. Keep putting pressure on the board. Use Faerie Dragon to contest 3 health minions.
2. Bring out your dragons to contest the midgame. Have Duskbreaker ready/activated and use it wisely! Use Twilight Acolyte to neuter big threats.
3. Pile on with big dragons Twilight Drake and Drakonid Operative.
4. As early as possible, drop Spiteful Summoner for a free 8 or 10 cost minion and a devastating board swing.
5. Leverage your big spells further with Grand Archivist or play them from hand.
List updated on 12/13 with Satellite's latest changes.
Basic mulligan strategy
Always mulligan for Northshire Cleric and Netherspite Historian.
Against aggro always keep Duskbreaker and possibly another dragon.
Against slow decks (priest mirror, control warlock) consider keeping Spiteful Summoner.
With a good hand or the coin, consider keeping Kabal Talonpriest and Tar Creeper.
Alternate 2/3 mana cards to try/substitute
Faerie Dragon
Golakka Crawler
Curious Glimmerroot
Deathspeaker
Gluttonous Ooze
Mind Control Tech
Zola the Gorgon (reuse your Duskbreaker or Spiteful Summoner!)
If you want to run Prince Keleseth, Southsea Captain and his buddy Patches the Pirate like Firebat, check out: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1004039-big-spell-prince-tempo-dragon-priest (good option if you don't have Netherspite Historian)
If you want to run more board clears like Doomsayer and Dragonfire Potion, check out: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/999316-big-spell-dragon-priest
Here's both versions of the big spell/Spiteful Summoner deck (Satellite non-pirate and Firebat pirate) sitting in the top 5 of all priest decks in the rank 1-5 meta for the week of 12/13/17-12/19/17:
Enjoy the steamroll and may the big spells be with you!
Xixo won Seat Story VIII, going 3-1 in the finals with a similar deck and clinching with big spell hunter! He also brought big spell murloc paladin!

Thanks to Kadakk, Furo, and KiwiiNBacon for the deck gameplay videos below!
Thanks for your help.
Is it just me or whenever I get summoner and it hits mind control it summons 6/6 c'thun. the stats are making me cry cause its happened like 15 times now.
Happens most of the time, yes.
Made me lose a few games against highlander priest, because they'll just burst him down, but even if you get one it's still winnable.
10/10 for 6 mana is still pretty solid.
i keep loosing to aggro mage with this
always keep duskbreaker on hand against mage. Most their minion only have 3 health
I really love this deck. I took out the 2-drops and both copies of Tar Creeper. And like Firebat and Zalae suggested, I added Prince Keleseth, the pirate package (Southsea Captain and Patches the Pirate), another Corridor Creeper, and another Grand Archivist.
It's basically every broken combo in the game, but it's a ton of fun to play. Just hit rank 5.
I think the biggest challenge for this deck is Big Priest. Even a turn 8 mind control is often too slow. Otherwise it has a pretty good chance against almost everything.
What is the best replacement for Curious Glimmerroot? That's only card I am missing for this deck haha
The card is not that important you can replace it with anything. May be tar creeper if you facing lot of aggro
> Be me
> Play this deck
> Warlock opponent
> Steal Voidlord with Drakonid Operative.
> Steal Voidlord with Curious Glimmerroot.
> Opponent plays Voidlord. Steal with Mind Control.
> Opponent plays Voidlord. Steal with second Mind Control from Grand Archivist
> Play Void lord. Opponent pulls 4th Voidlord with Dirty Rat.
> Have 4 Void lords.
> Opponent plays Twisting nether. Next turn hellfire.
> Steal N'zoth with Drakonid Operative. Play N'zoth. I have 4 Void lords.
> Opponent concedes.
Nice deck. Izi 68% WR from 15 to 5. Thx.
How is this deck doing against aggro paladin?
Loses to aggro paladin
I won all against them through Rank 12 to 9. Use your duskbreakers right and you will win.
Maybe at rank 12-9 you will. This deck is not favored against aggro paladin.
I highly disagree, I am playing this deck since rank 17 currently being at 3 and losing to AP only when I am drawing really poorly so you should maybe try different tactics against them!
To be clear this is the version I am running if you care, might be giving me little advantage against them so, here you go :)

I tech'd in Harrison Jones and dropped 1 Kabal Talonpriest. With the number of people playing cube lock right now, Harrison has won me so many games when they can't cheese out Voidlord.
Naturally when I decide to play this deck, I always end up drawing ALL of my spells before the summoner.
I never thought I'd see an aggressive midrange Priest deck xD I knew people would build a deck around Grand Archivist, but didn't open the card myself to test it. Made thise deck yesterday, started rank 10, went 10-0 with no hassle. PREEEEEEEETY good.
Thanks for posting this deck. Was trying out this deck last night, got quite lucky and pulled off a cool combo.
Spiteful Summoner -> Grand Archivist -> Mind Control
