You can't rate this card without seeing the decks first

I'm sure it won't be good enough but what if a player enters an HCT event with this in his/her deck(s) and actually advanced quite a ways?!  I think Quachie can do it.

After actually watching this video and seeing how he works, this card is likely not allowed in tournaments, lol

I wonder if you combo this with Genn Greymane and all even cards, do they get replaced AND you still get the 1 cost hero power?!

There is no replacement. 
All your cards are removed and you get a Deck Recipe. So... If the recipe is a Geen Deck, yeah... 1 cost hero power.

Now even free-to-play folks can have meta-ish decks.

yeah but 1 out of 18 per game, so we'll see how consistent that is xD, It's a nice card and valuable for new players and f2p for sure
