outcast support? interesting

Does it count outcast cards you didn't play as outcast?

This seems like it will never be that strong, even if you play a dedicated outcast deck.

Hey look Blizzard finally remembered DH is the class that uses that mechanic called Outcast. Who would have thought.

Even if this will cost 3Mana it will not feel that carzy. We need some very good outcast cards, or this card will see no play.

I think this card should be a 6Mana 5/5 with "costs (1) less for each outcast card you´ve played this game" and "outcast: gain rush" so it would buff the next Vengeful Walloper you play.
