Great to test new expansions without commiting to craft anything.

 This should be given for free to the new players and made part of the classic set! I think it would highly increase the new player experience. 

This si going to be really fun! I'm starting a season just with this and try to see how good I can be!

he will be only card in the deck, so the deck will be named "Whizbang the bla-bla" .

How will he work in the future? Recipes are updated every expansion... so will you be able to play only standard recipes forever or will he keep only recipes from this expansion?

Yes, Whizbang will change the 18 deck recipes once an expansion is released. Plus, the description says that he will randomly pick one of 18 deck recipes CURRENTLY. So that proves my answer.

It will suck that once it rotated out, you can only play the current standard recipes in wild, which would be a disadvantage.

Plus it's a great card for new players. These premade decks will probably be Tier 3 or something, but still better than Tier 4 or the random bad decks that new players usually make.

Yes, Whizbang will change the 18 deck recipes once Blizzard releases a new expansion with new 18 deck recipes.

I’m definitely going to craft Whizbang the Wonderful once the expansion comes out.

That is severely incorrect. The descriptions states that Whizbang will pick the following 18 deck recipes. Random decks, random classes.
