 This card surely broken . If you know Goblin Blastmage at his peak .

Oh great, a Standard Flamewaker that's actually better controlling the board in the short term.  And it even has 3 attack.  The hell were they thinking.

 I call a draw here, this card trade way better by the 3 attack and have two times the effect from Flamewaker with a single spell, in other words, this card is better when you spend one or two slots without build the deck around the card and Flamewaker is much better when you focus all the strategy on cheap spells.

This card is more similar to Goblin Blastmage than Flamewaker.

Flamewaker is so much better. Mage can easily trigger flamewaker 5-10 times in one turn.

Flamewaker can at least repeat it's effect. Spellburst will only happen once. So if you manage to use Flamewaker effect 2 or more time, your are better of with him.

I don't think you understand what strictly worse means.  It has better stats, and does more damage after the first spell cast.  And it only hits minions, which is sometime better.
