How does this interact with Thistle Tea? 

Literally just happened to me. Played my Reno and he didn't do anything. Your Reno becomes useless when that happens unless you can draw out the ambushes.

Note that this does count as a spell. If your opponent has a Flamewaker and they draw an Ambush, your board is getting burned.

Does this actually cycle, I played against it and I didn't end up drawing after the effect went off?

What if I have Chromaggus on the board when I draw this?

Would it become a 0 mana spell that dosen't do anything, a 0 mana spell draw a card summon a 4/4 for the opponent, will it do that as soon as Chromaggus makes it or will chromaggus simply not make a copy?

Just like Burrowing Mine, at the start of your next turn you'll give your opponent a free 4/4 if you won't get rid of it

No. You get a 0 mana spell that does nothing. It doesn't give your opponent a spider, or anything. It's a 0 mana "do nothing".
