It leaves 2 4/2s on the board, that can continue to combo off each other until one dies, which means your opponent is gonna have to use a spell or a strong enough charge.

Paladins never see it coming. Load up that board with all those 2/1s and 1/1s, bam! Very situational, but I have found fun with it in midrange hunter. Can play it into a board when they have a x/1 still alive from trades, and if they can't remove it they are limited in minion plays.

Don't know if it appears while using non-golden version, but golden Dreadscale's icon in HS deckbuilder, seems to be using other card's icons instead.

How would this ever happen? The effect is at the end of your turn. If they have a single Grim Patron on the board, you'd attack Dreadscale into it or something else that'll kill it off.
