Hearthpwn

Against warlock this is a weaker card because by the time even with druid ramping you get to 9 mana they would have life taped at least twice. Still against agro this is a good card for turning a losing game into a winning game. Healing them for 10 is well worth the price if you are healing yourself for 20+. It is a late game card so without ramping it is not that useful as we all know zoo/agro can kill you before you can reach turn 7.

I would think that if you have Auchenai and cast it, it only kills you if you're at or under 15hp.  Cause I bet it determines how much healing you need, and then heals you for exactly that amount (which would then damage you).

Good for mill druid yes? If your way of winning is to deal damage from your opponent drawing and their is normal damage... tis good yes?

No, I am pretty sure it heals the amount of life you have lost. So, 30 - current health.

That's my thought as well. It doesn't heal your max health, but the amount you have lost.

Nope. I won't play Ancestor's Call. I'll probably run at least 1 of these.

Can't see why. It's 9 mana, and completely symmetrical. Even Nozdormu would be a better play, because he at least gives 8/8 worth of stats. As druids have Healing Touch and Ancient of Lore for healing, it's too expensive and there are many much better alternatives.

I suppose the difference is that Ancestor's call will be used in gimmicky decks, and this card will be used to craft a better card.

It also heals all characters too. So if you have any on the board and can make trades without loosing your minions then you can bring the back to full. IF you have minions on the board like 8/8 iornbark you can use tree of life then hit your opponent in the face putting you ahead in health.

Just remember kill minions before

play tree of life

attack your opponent after.

It would be pretty hard to get a scenario where your minions are so beefy, and theirs have such high attack, that Tree of Life outvalues Circle of Healing or Healing Totem.

But I'll agree that I undervalued it a little at the start. I forgot about hunter, and how this would be useful if you manage to survive their initial damage (if you can while holding a 9-mana card).
