nearly unusable in standard, i've seen only toast play this card in his triple win condition deck

aaaaand completely broken in wild, great job blizz 10/10

since we've seen a sea naga witch nerf, could we somehow see a melon nerf in the future too plz ?

Legendary spell that can be x2. Annoying as hell, but I don't mind combo druid because my rat ride or die. Real issue is cards like bio project, wild growth, nourish, plague, seeds and to some extent aviana (w/mana refresh), and UI. Last two only problems with consistent mana ramp. Druid has way too many tools to ramp, stall, clear, draw and ultimately combo out unless you tech some disruption. The whole class has all the mana in the world for whatever and enough armor to survive a nuclear winter. Maybe nerf psychmelon by taking out 9 drop from tutor, but that just seems like a band-aid for what seems like it'll be a perpetual problem: mana/ramp. At least the recent classic set additions bode well for further adjustments to the classic set--druid, mage, and rogue idk or, better yet, they manage to establish parity among the classes and their evergreen sets...one can dream. 

I usually defend Blizzard's card design choices, but this is simply atrocious.

Clearly everybody is talking about wild format here and I bet you did as well, but just because you don't want to admit your initial assessment was a 'bit' off you just spam everybody with statements like 'the card is not played in standard and if it is it has a ngetive win rate'.. You get a downvote from me ;)

This card NEEDS TO BE NERFED.

Its broken plain and simple, if the next expansion is even teased and this thing isn't nerfed, i'm done with this game. Wild already had its share of power cards, but why create a new card that just breaks wild? waste of time and money, cant even sell this shit. no wonder pros stay clear of wild.........

This is broken in wild. Druids always have Kun + Aviana in their hand early thanks to this card.

Hmmm . . .

I mostly play Wild, and while I can appreciate the consternation that this card is causing Wild players, it should also be borne in mind that Juicy Psychmelon carries some very important invisible text - namely, "since you've just announced that you've drawn your combo, your opponent will often simply win the game by playing Dirty Rat once you pass the turn." Presumably, if Combo Druid becomes popular, every deck apart from pure Aggro will simply tech DR, and wait for the Druid to tell them when to play it.

I realize that this is a bit of a simplification, and Juicy Psychmelon is clearly a powerful card, but it does carry a very obvious drawback which relatively few people are discussing . . .

If Druid casts this with 8 cards in hand, will it overdraw and burn 2 cards?
