Woah, 3 mana 3/3 *and* draw 2 cards? Arc Int is 3 mana for the card draw, so you get a 0 mana 3/3 (arguably -1 mana due to the packaging cost). This is a hugely powerful effect.

I expect it to see play somewhere - but I think it'll be a bit like warlocks Invoke-draw 3 cards card, where it's not generally played on curve, but instead played a bit later when you need to refill. So you don't need to include *too* many stealth cards for this to be good - you play your hand as normal, as you start to thin out, you play a good stealth, you play this, wham, you've got some boardstate and some extra gas.
