This card's pretty fair, and only slightly above average. A 4 mana 4/4 that gave divine shield to a friendly minion would be a 5/10. Throwing in the mech restriction on the buff effect is countered by giving the buff to all your minions, and taunt + the mech tag on this minion push it over the edge to six. This compares pretty reasonably to Scalelord, which was a solid card in murloc paladin. Good stuff!
