I was waiting to see if another direct damage Corrupted card was waiting in the wings to compliment Dunk Tank, and this doesn’t disappoint.  As we saw with Shroom Brewer, this can work in decks that need to develop a board and also heal, but Corrupting it turns it into removal/burn later on.  Useful against aggression in both modes while also not being a dead card in slower match-ups.  And of course, Y’Shraaj bringing these back gives you burst.

Expect to see this card in Corrupted Shaman at the very least.

Love the concept of how effect changes 360 degrees due to corruption. 

 This card has great flavor, tells a cool story.

Seems like a solid control card to me. 4 mana 3/4 that heals you for 4 is nice against aggro but rewards you for surviving that long by giving you damage that can kill minions or help kill the aggro player. Say you get it early. Drop it to heal 4 and have a 3/4 to help control the board. Say you get it late. You wipe their board and this corrupts. They play something only for you to play this and deal 4 damage to it, killing most aggro cards and leaving you with a 3/4 to trade with.

Turn 10 Hero Power + Lightning Flower + Y'Shaarj = 32 damage

I love it, you can play two of these and get them back with Y'Shaarj, the Defiler to deal 8 damage to face for free!

Could be way off on this but I think this is one of the best cards in the set.
