Are still this card a reward after you have all murlocs cards? 

Sadly, I don't think so :( I have all Basic Murloc cards and haven't unlocked this in my crafting. I can't find it anywhere, which is a pain in the arse as it would really complete my Paladin Murloc deck :(

EDIT: Ignore... I found him! You can't find him in Crafting unless you're editing a Wild Deck as Crafting is automated to craft Standard cards only. Hope this helps!! He costs 1600 dust to make.

Bring this card back to Standard, braindead blizzard. 

So now that they have brought back wild cards for purchase is murkeye going to show up in a place for us to get him, or do we really just have to craft this dude? I started playing a few months after the shift to standard and was really bummed when i found out there used to be free cards that are now unavailable except through crafting.

I might craft this baby for Quest Murloc. Such a fun deck.

Just crafted the last two murlocs(Murloc Warleader) I was missing after 2 years of playing hearthstone as I remember he was part of a reward quest...Boy am I regretting this decision now....

On the bright side with the new update on them I am pretty sure I am going to get some value out this decision from the next expansion...at least I hope I will.

Did you get the card though? Or this card is no longer obtainable unless you craft it? :(

i am crafting all murloc cards but I can't get old murk eye

You can't craft Old Murk-Eye anymore because of the new Wild Format.  He rotated out and he is not part of a quest anymore. Which is sad, because takes several thousand games to get all the golden murlocs and I would like to see a Golden Murk-Eye someday.  Sadly, it's not to be.

Murk Eye isn't a standard card anymore, so you need to change your collection filters to show wild cards as well as standard. He's still there :)

Wtf I still cant disenchant this and parrots from my collection.

• The reward cards Old Murk-Eye and Captain's Parrot can now be crafted and disenchanted and can no longer be acquired through their respective Quests.

I just got him from an Evolve in standard, pretty weird.

More weird is that he completely disappeared from my collection! Is it a bug?

I can't help you with the evolve thing, I lost to a guy who got three old murk eyes in a row off of his murloc knight so thats super confusing and frustrating. For your collection, he would probably be in the "all cards" section.

You can get wild minions from evolve and murloc knight if im not mistaken
