Is this the first neutral spell? Or is it exclusive to Arch-Thief. It would make more sense if it was exclusive to Arch-Thief because of his Discover effect and 3 artifacts, but this card is listed separately in the deckbuilder, which leads to confusion.
So basically it's a neutral Pyroblast, with the caveat that you need a minion in play to use it. That said, the upside is that you also draw a silence or a BGH in the process.
How can you even compare this to a Pyroblast ? It can't even bypass Taunt and triggers any Hero-related secret/effect (upon minion attack). No, definitely can't be compared with Pyroblast.
