The list is missing the effects for:

• Forged in the Barrens: Battlecry: Add a random Ranked spell to your hand.
• United in Stormwind: Tradeable. Battlecry: Give a friendly minion Divine Shield.

New effect from Darkmoon Faire board: Corrupt: Gain +2/+2.

But...

I can't get this new effect to properly work on the Darkmoon Faire Board  with Transfer Student... Instead, I got the Stormwind board effect: gain Divine Shield... They forgot to code it, i suppose... Indie company things, you know, lol. =/

This card is gonna be a fan favourite. Great card design, and for any deck that really needs a decent 2 drop that they lack from their class, they at least have this to reach for.

This card is WAY better than expected in Wild. Grtz Blizzard on a decent card design!

This is a great card. I love the design as well as how each effect represents the theme of the game board it is played on.

For the most part the card is pretty nice in any form.  It's definitely better than a typical minion's stats.  All cards that don't contribute directly to your specific deck can be considered weak.  Zephrys is a terrible card in a deck with 14 doubles.

If you just consider it on its own, it seems to be well above average.  Like in Arena, for example, where you rarely build a strong deck theme. it would shine.

The fun fact: its not random at all because it was a specific effect that is shown on the card. Its not as randome as arcane missiles for example ^^

The effect you receive is random based on the board you're playing, so I don't know what you're talking about.  Are those cards that gain an effect when you draw them not random either because they resolve and you know what you get?

It's completely random, just a different type.

Naxxramas - Deathrattle: Add a RANDOM Deathrattle minion to your hand.

Goblins vs Gnomes - Battlecry and Deathrattle: Add a Spare Part to your hand. (random)

Blackrock Mountain - At the end of your turn, reduce the cost of a RANDOM card in your hand by (2).

The Museum (League of Explorers) - Battlecry: Discover a new Basic Hero Power. (random)

Excavation Site (League of Explorers) - Battlecry: Add a RANDOM weapon to your hand.

Stormwind (Old Gods) - Battlecry: Spend all your mana, summon a minion of that cost. (random)

Karazhan - Battlecry: Add a Karazhan portal spell to your hand. (random)

Mean Streets of Gadgetzan - Battlecry: Give a RANDOM minion in your hand +2/+2.

Un'goro - Battlecry: Adapt. (random)

Frozen Throne - Deathrattle: Add a RANDOM Death Knight card to your hand.

Kobolds and Catacombs - Battlecry: Recruit a minion that costs (2) or less. (random)

Dalaran (Rise of Shadows) - Battlecry: Add a Lackey to your hand. (random)

Uldum (Alt) - Battlecry: Add an Uldum plague spell to your hand. (random)

Dragons - Battlecry: Discover a Dragon. (random)

Ashes of Outland - Dormant for 2 turns, then deal 3 damage to two RANDOM enemy minions.

Scholomance Academy - Battlecry: Add a Dual Class card to your hand. (random)

Vulpera Scoundrel isn't a beast too, why would this one be?

Velpera are humanoid, with the intelligence of humans, and even to the point of being a playable race in WoW.

If Vulpera are "beasts", then Taurens should be "beasts" too. It's a cow!

Should have randomized mana cost and stats for ultimate randomness. rofl.
