Oops, I'm an idiot.
Well, you first play two Arcane Intellects (one drawing another), then two Unstable Portals, then two Spellslingers out of portals, then two more Arcane Intellects, and finally two Pyroblasts, followed by a Mana Wyrm attack and a hero power ping as a coup-de-grace.
i mean sometimes i just f*** my opponets only because of this card:
against aggropala turn 3 Sunwalker, he wasn´t able o trade effectively (Arcane Golem into it, after that it only lost divine shield)
against face hunter it gave me mal'ganis and yesterday against another face hunter grom hellscream haha
funnest card in Hearthstone. some days Legend some days Wisp.
This thing dropped Prophet Velen for me the other day.
Prophet Velen for Marge....are you fking kidding me?
12 damage fireballs? GG
This card was the deciding factor in a totally impossible game where I was playing was playing druid:
Turn 1: Mana Wyrm
Turn 2: Sorcerer's Apprentice, Coin, Unstable Portal
Turn 3: Hogger (Discounted by Unstable Portal)
<From this point on I could not get past the Hogger shield>
Turn 4: Flamewaker + Frostbolt
Turn 5 ...
Turn 1 6/6. Coin, portal, van Cleef. Awesome.
I got to play a turn 3 Emperor Thaurissan off this.
this card is pure rng what you get. more often then not i get a cheap minion almost zero cost if useless. or a really strong discounted minion. either case is a win win.
i use 2 of these in my mech mage deck cause it's good.
In one game, i got ragnaros so i had 2 of them in my hand - so strong :O
Sometimes u may get so rekt by this card.
Dude this is the funniest card ive ever seen. I one time played against a mage as shaman and put down 2 zombie chows on my turn with the coin and he unstabled portaled, got a zombie chow and quit. I laughed so hard man xD what are the chances of that.
hate this card more than anything in the game nothing positive ever seems to come from it's use for me and the amount of times i've had it win matches against me in arena is horrific. unstbale-ing al akir for the win is just horrific. i'd rather just have him top deck a fireball

Lol i love this card. Just got Tirion from it :D
I recently played Priest against a Mage, used Thoughtsteal, got this card and I got Al'Akir the Windlord from it. Then I played it for 5 mana plus Divine Spirit and Inner Fire. Boom!!! 20 dmg in one turn. I can never forget that moment and it would never happen again I think.
One of my favourite cards of all time!!!
I felt sorry for my opponent when I had two Dr. Booms in my hand after playing this card :(
As of Blackrock Mountain, there are 362 collectible minions in the game. What can this card get you from that pool?

Not only is this card loads of fun, but it's also surprisingly effective. It's almost an auto-include in Mage decks, and with good reason.
The average mana discount doesn't even take into account the advantage of being able to play a big minion off curve. Fantastic analysis BTW.
I played unstable portal on turn six, next turn I hit face for 10 with my Grom + Ping.
