They should reduce the cost to 3 mana, but make it draw on played beasts only. Hunter needs a draw engine, and this was nerfed way to severely.

Any reason to use this over Cult Master?

 The only reason you would play this card is if you have a hunter quest to play class cards. Otherwise this is a steaming pile of garbage. Why is it even 5 mana?

 You know this is a HEAVILY nerfed card, right? The old one was batshit broken.

Haven't played this card before nerf, but playing with the Whispers' and Karazhan cards, I really like it. Six deathrattle-summon a beast cards in my deck -- Grandmother, Infested, Highmane plus all the usual spells -- Hounds, Snakes, sometimes even CotWild works with this card when you play it on turn 7 with some 2-mana beast.

This card is actually pretty decent with the addition of Infested Wolf. Great in the late game if you're able to get a Savannah Highmane or an Infested Wolf to stick to the board. I recommend people give this card a try again.

Compare this card to Sprint:
You can potentially put 3\2 body on the board + Unleash the Hounds for 6 cards draw + 6 Hound for 8 mana total and two cards.
Yes, it's way stonger than Sprint.
But let's take a more realistic case: your opponent won't have 6 bodies on the board by the 8th turn, you'll be dead anyway if that the case.
Most likely he will have 2-3 bodies, so the combo will be realy weak. Don't forget the Starving Buzzard is completely unplayable without Unleash the Hounds.
I feel ok to punish your opponent for overflooding the board on turn 5-6 with the SB+UtH just like you punish your opponent for having too much cards in his hand with Divine Favor. I think this card would be playable with 3 mana 2\2 body.

See, he needs to be played with Unleash the Hounds to be anything at all now. And current hunters struggle to conceive of a turn 8, let alone using it to draw.

I've seen very less hunters comboing him with Unleash the Hounds ,and yeah it's badly broken since nerf

I remember back in the beta when it was 2/2 for 2 mana. It was very OP but after the nerf it is too weak. I gave it a try in beast deck but it usually dies before I can draw, and in late game I run out of steam and I need card draw but I have no beasts to combo it... this card is just to pricey.

I would like to see 4 mana cost on this card, then it would be pricey but there is a place for 4 cost minions in most of the decks, specially in beast decks, there is Houndmaster and the 5/4.
