yeah but only once... because I would assume second Undatakah will not have deathrattle because would never have triggered battlecry

Nope, the only one who keeps the deathrattles is the one who goes to the deck.

Shuffles itself back into your deck and leaves another Undatakah on the board, seems like a good deal to me
